Part-Time Associate Pastor (Oversight of Children and Youth Ministries)
Position Title: Part-Time Associate Pastor
Reports To: Senior Pastor
Employment Status: Part-Time (anticipated growth to a full-time position)
Location: Christ Memorial Baptist Church, Lakeland, Florida
Position Summary
The Part-Time Associate Pastor will support the Senior Pastor and church leadership in shepherding the congregation, strengthening ministry programs beginning with children and youth ministries, and encouraging spiritual growth. This role includes preaching or teaching as needed, providing pastoral care, supporting ministry leaders and volunteers, assisting with worship services and special events, and helping the church fulfill its mission with faithfulness, humility, and compassion.

Bi-vocational or Semi-retired Pastor
Overview of Church
Lake Ruth Baptist Church is a small church located in the Central Florida town of Bartow. It is a multi-generational church with a strong core of supportive members who are committed to “Making Jesus Followers.” The church has been actively serving the Bartow community since its beginning in 1957.
Our Beliefs
LRBC is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention and holds to historic Reformed Baptist doctrine. In addition to the Baptist Faith and Message, we are in substantive agreement with the London Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689.
Expectations
LRBC’s expectations for the Pastor are that he be in agreement with the above stated beliefs, that he is committed to the authority of Scripture, that he is committed to diligent service to Christ and His Church, and that he be honest and fair in his dealings with all people inside and outside the church.
Duties
Preach the Word in season and out of season (2 Timothy 4:2), equip the saints for ministry and build up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-12), oversee the ordinances of the church, provide leadership in outreach and church programs, offer support for members and attendees through counseling, visitation, and other pastoral duties, conduct Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services.
Salary
Experience and personal availability will determine the hours and salary.

Pianist
First Baptist Homeland is looking for a pianist for Sunday mornings at 11:00am and Sunday nights at 6:00pm.

Bi-Vocational Youth Ministry Leader
Gapway Baptist Church is currently in search of a bi-vocational Youth ministry leader.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION: The bi-vocational Youth Leader is responsible for the planning and implementation of weekly youth programs. The position is responsible for providing spiritual instruction and leadership to the student body. The student ministry leader will proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encourage the students in their spiritual journey.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION: The bi-vocational Worship Leader is responsible for the planning and implementation of weekly worship services. This includes music selection and the recruiting and training of volunteer singers and musicians. More importantly, this position is responsible for leading the church into the Presence of God and preparing the congregation to hear and respond to the Word of God. This person will lead Sunday AM/PM and Wednesday evening services.

Youth Leader
First Baptist Church of Imperial Lakes is seeking a Youth Leader who has a genuine calling to student ministry and a passion for seeing students know, love, and follow Jesus Christ.
The Youth Leader will provide spiritual leadership, biblical teaching, discipleship, and shepherding for students while working closely with the pastor, ministerial staff, parents, and church volunteers.

Implement an appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of the students.

Serve as a role-model to children.
Clean & sanitize the room daily.
Job Requirements:
All training required will be paid by Kathleen Baptist Church CEC. Background and Fingerprinting. 45-hour state required within the first 90 days. Requires the ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods.
